SUE SCHNEIDER has earned the designation of
ASP, Accredited Staging Professional using
her knowledge of Home Staging to help homes
sell faster. In this "before" photo, we see
a Foyer that needs staging to highlight it. 
This  very dramatic staircase with it's
wood and wrought iron ballisters needed 
more dimention to accent it from the
palatial foyer. The addition of an
antique hand-painted screen and small
table, gave this Foyer a more dramatic
appeal to a potential buyer, and defined
the area from the adjoining Living Room.
 

This Bedroom is a good example 
of a  typical room in need of
"staging". Although it is a 
spacious room, the monochromatic
white-on-white decor is too 
sterile, and  too reminiscent of 
the 80's "White look". There is 
no focal point as you enter the 
Bedroom: nothing to "catch your
eye" and keep that mental image 
fresh in your memory.
 
The introduction of a decorative gold-tone
comforter, assorted pillows and a floral
arrangement made a world of difference in 
this bedroom. The clutter from nightstands
was removed, and the room underwent a near-
total transformation without spending a dime!
